A native of Toronto, Canada, David moved to Park City, Utah after graduating from Vanderbilt University in 1992 with degrees in Political Science and Economics. The love of the mountains and the outdoor lifestyle drew him to Park City. David began his career in Park City managing the Stag Lodge in Deer Valley. Six years of high-end resort management experience refined his skills in Service and attention to detail.
David began his career in Real Estate Development and Construction in 1998. Where he was a principal in The Overlook at Jeremy Ranch and 13 unite townhome project. From 1999 – 2002 David’s experience and understanding of quality quickly accelerated as a Project Manger overseeing the development and construction of the Glenwild golf course community. In 2003, David shifted his focus to custom home building and development and has continued to refine his skills and expertise as the Park City real estate market has expanded. David is also a licensed Real Estate Broker so he can help council clients with making smart re-sale decisions with regard to the design of their home.
Born and raised in the mountains of Park City, Utah. Chad is an avid outdoorsman with a passion for building beauty. Soon after graduating from the University of Utah with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, he joined the ranks of the New Product Design Team at the globally recognized, Hammerton Lighting. He went on to lead the drafting, design, fabrication and installation of high end decorative light fixtures that can be found in many elite hotels, restaurants and residences.
In 2019, Chad sought out more complex projects in the form of high end custom home construction. Utilizing his sturdy engineering background, wealth of project management experience and passion for creating beautiful spaces, he now proudly manages day-to-day on-site operations and planning.

Originally an Upstate New York native, Laurie has been a Park City resident for 28 years and has enjoyed serving her loyal clients as a real estate agent and Associate Broker since 2006. Early in her career she was referred to as “The Real Estate Therapist” delivering a unique set of skills and experience acquired as a seasoned real estate investor and her previous 20 year career as a Physical Therapist. Respected by her colleagues for her warmth, compassion, communication and strong client-centric service approach, Laurie negotiates fiercely on behalf of her Buyers and Sellers. This level of personal commitment to her clients and tireless passion for the real estate industry results in her consistent top producing status where the majority of her business comes from highly satisfied past clients and referrals.
Hailing from Alaska, but moving to Ohio at a young age, Leah was instilled with midwestern kindness and hospitality. Her academic pursuits led her to The Ohio State University, where she graduated with a major in Finance and a minor in Mathematics. Leah then ventured to the bustling city of Boston, spending six years with Fidelity Investments in Compliance. During this time, she played a vital role in monitoring employee trading activity, showcasing her commitment to precision and detail. Despite the allure of city life, Leah discovered her heart belonged to the mountains. In 2010, she made a bold move to Park City to immerse herself in the beauty of outdoor recreation. Transitioning to the hospitality industry, Leah spent over a decade at Newpark Resort, donning various hats and culminating in her role as the Director of Revenue. In this capacity, she crafted and executed revenue and marketing strategies for a 123-unit boutique luxury condo-hotel.
Leah’s innate attraction to real estate and her penchant for managing projects led her to join the Dowie Wing Custom Homes team in 2022 as the Director of Operations. In this capacity, she orchestrates the seamless flow of deliverables and information from project inception to completion, ensuring the team operates with maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Also a licensed Real Estate agent, Leah plays a pivotal role in supporting Dowie Wing Real Estate Group in all facets of its business. Her commitment to excellence, coupled with her organizational prowess, makes her an invaluable asset to both the Dowie Wing Custom Homes team and the broader real estate domain.
Born and raised in Park City, James has a lifelong connection to the area and the custom home-building process. With a background in business from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, he combines his academic knowledge with hands-on experience to deliver results. James’ journey into construction began in the summer of 2021, where he learned the ropes of building homes from the ground up. Before that, he was involved in various construction projects during high school, gaining insight into the detailed custom home-building process.
Now as a Junior Project Manager at Dowie Wing Custom Homes, James focuses on keeping projects running smoothly and efficiently. His strong communication skills allow him to bridge the gap between clients, contractors, and the team, ensuring that each project is executed seamlessly. From construction planning to managing day-to-day tasks, his attention to detail and organizational skills make him an integral part of the team.
When he’s not overseeing construction projects, James can be found skiing the slopes of Park City, hitting the golf course, working on music production, and enjoying everything Utah has to offer. His passion for the outdoors and creativity bring a unique perspective to his work, making him a dedicated and reliable asset at Dowie Wing Custom Homes.
